The air delivered by any air compressor inherently contains dust particles, water droplets and oil. Some of these contaminants may be present in the intake air itself, whereas others may get introduced into the air during the compression process in the compressor. The presence of contaminants can lead to problems, depending on the level of contamination and the nature of the application. The use of dryers and filters is the most common method of removing contaminants from compressed air and making It suitable for an application.

Auto Drain Valves

Trident Make Auto Drain Valves comes with a reliable micro controller. The controller comes with dual adjustment of both cycle and drain time. The valve has a large orifice and special solenoid operator section to discharge dust. Condensate discharging is no more a problem.

Level Sensing Drains

Trident’s condensate sensing type automatic drain valve is the latest advancement in drain valve technology. These valves sense the condensate level for activation, ensuring absolutely no loss of compressed air and hence results in enormous energy saving. Fault tolerant system switches over into timer mode automatically while LDV fails to operate due to sensor failure.

Moisture Separator

The uniqueness of Moisture Separators is that, there is no need of any kind of maintenance and it works flawlessly for years. Moisture Separators are available from 1/4" size to 12" size and in different MOC. Moisture Separators can be coupled with automatic drain valves for further enhancement in its working.

Mechanical Auto Drain

Mechanical Auto Drain Valve is used for the automatic removal of condensate from compressed airlines. Generally used with Moisture Separator to enhance its overall performance. It uses a simple float type mechanism which is easy to maintain. Manual valve is also provided for drain.
